The menstrual cycle comes for the first time as a child, and indicates that one is growing. Sometimes, it can come at unexpected times, so make sure you're always prepared with an intimate hygiene kit!
Steps
Step 1. Get a small purse
You need somewhere to put your kit!
Step 2. Get health care products
Usually, the first time the cycle is quite light and mostly it will just stain, so the panty liners will be perfect. For larger flows, you will need tampons or sanitary pads. If you want, there are also alternatives: reusable menstrual cups or absorbent cloths.
Step 3. Add some pain relievers
You may get period cramps, and they are not pleasant. Ibuprofen works well to reduce pain; if it is really hurting you, you can take it up to 4 times a day. Do not exceed the permitted dosage!
Step 4. Add a small calendar and a pen
If you're not sure exactly when your period is, write down the date each time you come until you understand the cyclicality.
Step 5. Put on some underwear
Extra underwear can be very useful, especially if you stain your underwear. In this case, it is better to also add an airtight bag to put the wet underwear.
Step 6. If there is still room in the bag, you can add a pair of shorts in case your period is very strong and you are leaking from sanitary pads. a sanitary napkin, choosing something that doesn't leak, or taking contraceptive pills)
Step 7. Add hand soap
It is always useful to have one: the bathroom you are in may have finished it!
Step 8. It may be helpful to add some wet wipes as well
Step 9. Put some chocolate, preferably dark, and be sure to put it in an airtight bag
The substances found in chocolate can help you lessen the cramps and hunger that you may experience from your period.
Step 10. Finished
