Don't worry, you just need to follow a few simple steps to make sure you smell nice from sunrise to sunset! Shower or bathe every day, wear clean clothes every day, and spray deodorant in the evening instead of in the morning to ensure that you smell fresh all day.

Part 1 of 3: Maintain Proper Personal Hygiene
Step 1. Shower or bathe every day or every other day

Step 3. Wash your hair regularly

Massage the shampoo on the scalp to eliminate the sebum and other substances that have accumulated; when finished, rinse thoroughly with clean water. If you wish, you can also apply a conditioner and let it work for a few minutes before washing it off with cold water.

Step 4. Brush your teeth twice a day
If you want your breath to smell fresh, you need to brush them every day, once in the morning and once in the evening. Put a small amount of toothpaste on the toothbrush and scrub your teeth in vertical or circular motions; be careful to clean each side, as well as the gums and tongue. Step 6. Apply a pleasantly scented moisturizer
After taking a bath you can spread a scented lotion on the skin; if you also want to use a perfume or cologne, make sure that its fragrance is compatible or similar to that of the moisturizer, so that they do not contrast with each other or are too strong.
