Do you need to prepare for a special date but don't have time for a shower or a bath? Did your parents remind you to freshen up but are you too lazy to wash? Let's face it: isn't your smell the best? Well, if so, this article is handy for you to get ideas on how to look cool without putting yourself in the bath.
Steps
Step 1. Buy some scented wet wipes, baby wipes are fine too
Carefully wipe one over your armpits and genital area, the areas that tend to sweat the most and give off unpleasant odors. This way, you remove the bacteria that cause a sour smell.
Step 2. Spray some cologne or perfume
After getting dressed, apply a pleasant fragrance to hot spots on your skin. Don't overdo it, though.
Step 3. Apply a scented cream
Spread a pleasantly scented lotion all over your body. This is a good tactic if you plan on wearing shorts, skirts, short-sleeved shirts, or strapless dresses.
Step 4. Apply deodorant or scented body spray
Choose an effective deodorant. It is ideal for freshening up when you are in a hurry. If you don't have one on hand, just apply a hand sanitizer gel to your armpits to fight odor-causing bacteria. Just remember that a deodorant / antiperspirant product works much better.
Step 5. Bring a handful of flower petals, such as rose petals, with you
Try to always have them available. Put them in your pocket or, if you are a girl, in your purse. They give off a good scent and the idea that you haven't taken a shower would not even pass through the hall of the brain!
Step 6. Shampoo thoroughly
If you don't want to shower, at least wash your hair. Usually, the smell of your hair is the first thing that is perceived by another person's sense of smell, so use a scented product.
Step 7. Wash your clothes
Buy a detergent or fabric softener that tastes good. Nowadays, you can even buy two-in-one products. Just do your laundry and wear these items. This is a good method when you are in a hurry. The smell will persist for a long time.
Step 8. Don't sit next to a person who doesn't have a very pleasant smell:
they might think you haven't washed yourself either.
Step 9. Sprinkle a pinch of baby powder on your skin
It has a pleasant smell, reminiscent of that of a baby. Who wouldn't want to have this perfume?
Step 10. If you don't have talcum powder available, apply baking soda to your skin
It can at least partially absorb bad smells.
Warnings
- Don't put baby powder on dark clothes. You might notice. Solid deodorant can also be visible on clothing.
- Don't overdo the deodorant or perfume. You may be sick of it.
- Don't lie about why you didn't shower. Telling lies or being a cheat is wrong, it doesn't improve your smell, and it doesn't allow you to make friends. Always be honest with yourself and others.
