This wikiHow teaches you how to convert a presentation created with Microsoft PowerPoint into a Word document using PowerPoint for Windows' "Create Handouts" feature or PowerPoint for Mac's "Rich Text Format" export option. L current version of the latter product does not support the "Create Handouts" functionality. RTF files are not perfectly compatible with the formatting that is created by some PowerPoint features, so some images or backgrounds may not be present in the exported file.
