Ingrediants
- Mushrooms of your choice (about twenty medium-sized)
- 1 onion
- 3 cups of milk
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- Aromatic herbs of your choice (parsley, cloves, mint, sage, etc.)
- Extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Steps
Step 1. Clean and cut the mushrooms
Step 2. Slice the onion into cubes
Step 3. Create chopped herbs
Step 4. Take a saucepan and pour in about a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
Step 5. Add the onion and mushrooms and sauté until both are well wilted
Step 6. Mix the two ingredients with a spoon
Step 7. Add the milk and then sift the flour into it
Step 8. Stir and cook until thickened
Step 9. Season with salt and pepper to your liking
Step 10. Serve the soup in a soup plate or bowl
Decorate it with the chopped aromatic herbs.
