Steps
Step 1. Cleaner
A cleanser made from honey, lemon, and oatmeal is great for oily skin. Mix 1 tablespoon of each of them and apply the mixture on the face with a gentle massage. Make circular movements. Rinse thoroughly.
Step 2. Tonic
Witch hazel is a great tonic. It is a natural astringent for oily and acne-prone skin. Green tea can also be another great tonic! Rich in antioxidants, it is suitable for any skin type. Prepare your own infusion of green tea, you can use it as a normal tonic. Apply to face skin with a make-up remover pad or cotton swab and allow the skin to absorb it. Do not rinse.
Step 3. Exfoliating scrub
This is an essential product for the care of all skin types. First you can try a baking soda scrub, which is great for removing blackheads. Take 1 tablespoon of baking soda and 1 tablespoon of sugar and mix them with 2 tablespoons of water. Massage the product on your face with circular movements and then rinse. Then try another great sugar and lemon scrub. Mix 2 tablespoons of lemon juice with 1 tablespoon of sugar. Massage the product on your face in circular motions and then rinse. Alternate scrubs as you wish and exfoliate your skin on a weekly basis.
Step 4. Face masks
One of the best known is the egg-based mask. Whip an egg white with a fork until it is fluffy, then apply it to the skin of the face and let it dry. Rinse. This mask is ideal for oily and acne-prone skin, and makes the skin smoother and more supple. Also try the honey and banana mask. Mix 1 mashed banana with 1 tablespoon of honey and the juice of half a lemon. Apply the mask to your face and leave for 10-15 minutes before rinsing off. Be careful not to get dirty. One last recommended mask: mix 30 g of oat flour, 3 tablespoons of honey and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Apply the mask to your face and let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
