We all like to look healthy, fit, and attractive. It is part of ourselves! People want to keep their line but they don't know how. Some try the gym! Life in the gym isn't that easy! At first, some of us feel more physical pain than good. "Don't try to be thin, keep fit!"
Steps
Step 1. Avoid diets (fasting)
Going on a diet helps you to lose weight and makes you look slimmer for 1 week (sometimes 3-4 days) and then you will regain twice the weight you lost.
Step 2. Start your day with aloe vera juice or coconut water or just plain water (you can also add honey to it)
Step 3. Instead of drinking coffee all the time, drink 2 cups of green tea a day
You can continue drinking coffee, but not frequently!
Step 4. If you are exercising, then eating right is a must
Step 5. Taking honey is good for you
It helps you eliminate fat from your body.
Step 6. Add healthy fats to your diet such as extra virgin olive oil, flaxseed, walnut, almond, avocado, etc
Step 7. As you try to keep fit, you will be constantly surrounded by negative people
They don't just want to see you fit! They will give you bad advice or try to discourage you!
Step 8. Remember that nothing is out of reach
You can succeed in anything, if you just try! So, give it a try without caring what others are saying!
Part 1 of 2: Taking Care of Your Hair
Step 1. Massage your skin with warm castor or coconut oil twice a week
Leave the oil on your hair overnight and wash it off with shampoo the next morning. (for dandruff problems)
Step 2. Never use the brush on wet hair as you will only be able to break it
Instead, use a very wide toothed comb.
Step 3. To get rid of lice, apply some basil leaf juice to your scalp and hair, leave it on overnight, and rinse it off the next morning
Part 2 of 2: Taking Care of Your Skin
Step 1. Apply vinegar to shoulders and back with cotton balls for 10-30 minutes for incredible results in 3-4 weeks (for acne problems)
Step 2. Cleanse your face with unboiled milk
Gently rub a rough cloth soaked in milk to remove blackheads.
Step 3. Apply peppermint juice to the pimples
Let it dry before rinsing.
Step 4. To restore tone to the skin color of the knees and elbows, rub in lemon juice for 3-4 months
