Steps
Part 1 of 3: Moisturize and Exfoliate the Skin of the Face
Step 1. Use avocado and honey to moisturize dry skin
Cut an avocado in half and remove the core in the center. Take a spoon, extract the pulp from half of the fruit, transfer it to a bowl and add a spoonful of honey and a handful of oatmeal. Mash the avocado and mix it with the other ingredients to make a paste that you can easily spread on your face.
- Apply the mask where the skin is driest first, then continue to distribute it over the rest of the face until it is completely covered.
- Leave the mask on for at least 10 minutes, then rinse the skin with water.
Step 2. Use olive oil and lemon juice to moisturize and exfoliate your skin in a single treatment
You can achieve both goals by mixing the juice of one lemon with 60ml of olive oil. Choose a juicy lemon and mix the ingredients to obtain a homogeneous paste to spread on the face. Massage the skin in small circular motions as you apply the mask to enhance the exfoliating properties of the lemon.
- If you prefer, you can use almond oil instead of olive oil.
- Leave the mask on your skin for about 10-20 minutes before rinsing your face with cold water.
Step 3. Eliminate dead skin cells with brown sugar and coconut oil
Pour 2 tablespoons of brown sugar into a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil and mix to make a smooth paste. Massage the mask on your face with small circular and gentle movements to remove dead cells and make the skin smoother and more radiant. If possible, leave the mask on for a few minutes before rinsing your face with warm water.
This mask is especially suitable for those with dry skin problems
Part 2 of 3: Achieve a smooth and even complexion
Step 1. Use banana and orange juice to make the skin glow
Peel a banana and mash half of it in a bowl with a fork before adding a tablespoon of honey and the juice of an orange. Apply the mask all over your face and let it sit for 15 minutes before rinsing the skin with warm water.
- Don't worry if the mask has a grainy texture, it's inevitable when using banana.
- The biggest advantage of this mask is that it is suitable for all skin types.
Step 2. Use honey and papaya to even out the complexion
To make the facial skin more even, mash 120 g of papaya pulp, add 2 tablespoons of honey and mix the two ingredients to obtain a homogeneous and easy to spread mixture on the face. Massage the mask into the skin with your fingertips. Spread it all over your face, then let it sit for 15-20 minutes before rinsing your skin with cold water.
Be sure to apply it to any dark spots as well
Step 3. Use yogurt and honey if you want smooth skin
Mix one tablespoon of plain yogurt, one tablespoon of honey, and one tablespoon of turmeric. Combine the three ingredients to get a smooth paste, then massage it with your fingers on all parts of the face. You can leave the mask on for 10-20 minutes before rinsing the skin with cold water.
Choose this mask if your goal is to have softer and smoother skin
Part 3 of 3: Purify the Skin and Make it Softer
Step 1. Use a strawberry and yogurt mask to make the skin softer
Wash 4-5 ripe strawberries, mash them in a bowl with a fork, then add 3 tablespoons of ground almonds and 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt. Mix the ingredients with a spoon, apply the mask to your face and let it sit for at least 10 minutes before rinsing the skin.
This mask should be used within 24 hours to prevent the ingredients from spoiling. If you plan to prepare it in the morning and use it in the evening, keep it in the refrigerator
Step 2. Mix orange juice and egg whites to tighten pores
Separate the white of one egg from the yolk, pour it into a bowl and add 1 tablespoon of orange juice and half a teaspoon of turmeric powder. Beat the egg white with the turmeric and juice to get a homogeneous mixture. Rub a generous amount of the mask all over your face and leave it on for 15 minutes before rinsing your skin with cold water.
Turmeric has the ability to make the complexion uniform and radiant
Step 3. Blend yogurt and cucumber and use them to soothe the skin
Peel a cucumber and slice it into thin slices. Put the cucumber slices in the blender along with 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt. Blend the ingredients until they are perfectly blended, then pour the mask into a bowl for easier application. Spread it all over your face with your fingers, let it sit for at least 15 minutes, then rinse your skin with cold water.
If the mask is left over, transfer it to an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator. Use it within a week
Step 4. Eliminate blemishes with honey and chamomile
Prepare the infusion with 2 sachets of chamomile and 250 ml of water. When it has cooled, pour at least 3 tablespoons into a bowl and add 1 tablespoon of raw honey and 1 teaspoon of nutritional yeast. Mix the ingredients and make sure the mask has a consistency suitable for spreading and holding on to the face. When it's ready, massage it into your skin with your fingertips, then let it sit for about twenty minutes. When the time runs out, wash your face with cold water.
