Do you ever wonder why you always lose at Monopoly? Well, now you can win, but by putting aside honesty.
Steps
Method 1 of 3: Keep the money handy
Step 1. Make sure you are the banker
This will give you an excuse to be in touch with money.
Step 2. Keep the bank behind you so that no one can reach it
This way the money will have to go through you first.
Step 3. Every now and then, instead of putting money in the bank, tuck it under you
Then, stealthily, take them out and combine them into your nest egg.
Step 4. Roll the dice, then quickly say any number (without others seeing the dice)
Quickly pick up the dice right after.
Step 5. Be creative
There are many ways to cheat, but what counts above all is the attitude with which you do it.
Step 6. Always be on your guard against other cheaters, and / or people looking around
This way you will recognize the best time to cheat. If you are all cheating, however, the money will run out in no time.
Step 7. Try to distribute the money at the start of the game
As you do this, give yourself a few extra 20 bills (if you overdo it, you risk it being too obvious).
Step 8. If you are a good cheater, following these steps will soon win every game of Monopoly
Method 2 of 3: Thirsty makeup
Step 1. Prepare the game by offering cold drinks
Put the best card in your pocket (if you have one) or in your sleeves while you set up the game.
Step 2. As you play, ask other players if they are thirsty
Tell him you have a lot of it. Make sure they say no.
Step 3. Get a drink
Come back with the glass, and tell them they look very thirsty. They should agree, and when they go to get their drinks, put the "good card" on top of the deck.
Step 4. When you hit the "unexpected" box, take your card and be surprised at your luck
Step 5. You cheated
Method 3 of 3: Double the money
Step 1. If you have two boxes of Monopoly, you have automatically opened a door to cheat
Step 2. Make sure that the money in the two boxes are identical, similar or otherwise interchangeable
Step 3. Before starting to play, put some bills in your pocket, in your socks …
Step 4. As you play, bring them out at their best times
Step 5. Every now and then, pretend to get a drink or something else, and take out some spare banknotes
Advice
- Keep the money in a mess; that way, it will be harder for your opponents to notice that you are cheating.
- When looking at the "unexpected" cards hold them towards you and don't let others see them, but don't make it too obvious. Be happy when you read them, and collect the written fee, even if the card tells you to pay that amount.
- Slam your piece on the board as you move it; in this way, you will create the illusion of as many movements as there are beats, but you don't necessarily have to go forward one square each time. That extra tick could make the difference between the hated luxury tax and the "unexpected" box.
- Only cheat if you are sure that other players don't get nervous once caught; nobody likes cheaters when it gets serious.
- Slip in a 500 piece if you can; make sure you have changed 5 from 100 to 500 at least once, before trying to get a 500, but be careful!
- You can string one or two pieces of 100 every 5-6 turns. If you think you can do more, give it a try!
- 20 pieces are the best. Get as many as you can, but don't get caught!
- It's a lot of fun when everyone agrees to make cheating lawful. Then everyone can have fun cheating, and you have to keep your eyes peeled.
- The less, the better.
- If you play on a multimedia platform, look for cheat codes.
