Violin squash is a tasty winter squash, with a sweet flavor and nutty notes. Step 1. Get the ingredients you need
Here's what you'll need to cook butternut squash in the oven:
- 1 large butternut squash;
- 2 tablespoons of honey;
- 3 drops of vanilla extract;
- Salt to taste.;
- Pepper as needed.;
- Oil or butter to grease the pan.
Step 2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Step 3. Remove the seeds from the pumpkin
Use a knife or spoon to take them out. If you wish, you can save the seeds and then toast them or use them in a different recipe, such as a crunchy salad.
Step 4. Remove the skin and cut the pumpkin into slices, based on the portions you will need

Step 1. Get the ingredients you need
Here's what you'll need to make the butternut squash puree:
- 1 large butternut squash;

Step 2. Peel the pumpkin
