Steps
Method 1 of 4: Potato Soup with Meat
Step 1. Boil the 6 medium potatoes
Put them in a pot full of water and bring to a boil. Let them simmer for 15 minutes or until cooked. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
Step 2. Put the various ingredients in a saucepan
In a saucepan, add the potatoes, 3 chicken cubes, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, 1 tablespoon of dried celery, 1 teaspoon of celery seeds and 1/8 cup of chopped onion. Put enough water to cover all the ingredients. Add a pinch or two of salt. Boil until the ingredients soften.
Step 3. Add the chicken soup and mix everything in another pot
Combine 2 cans of chicken cream and 2 cans of milk in another saucepan. Stir until it blends well.
Step 4. Add the potatoes, ham and garlic salt to the soup
Add diced potatoes, 1 cup diced ham, 1 teaspoon of garlic salt.
Step 5. Heat the soup over low heat for 10-15 minutes

Step 1. Peel and cut 1.5kg of potatoes
Cut them into cubes.
Step 2. Combine the first 8 ingredients in a slow cooker of about 4 liters
In a slow cooker, combine the potatoes with 2 diced medium onions, 2 sliced carrots, 2 sliced celery stalks, 2 cans of low-sodium, fat-free chicken broth, 1 tsp dry basil, 1 teaspoon of salt and ½ teaspoon of pepper.
Step 3. Cover the pot and cook over high heat for 3 hours or until the vegetables soften
Step 4. In a small bowl, mix ¼ cup of flour and 1 ½ cups of the fat-free cream and milk mixture
Step 5. Add flour and milk to the soup, stirring
Step 6. Cover the pot and cook for another 30 minutes or while it is hot

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C
Step 2. Peel 1.5 kg of potatoes and cut them into cubes
