Method 1 of 3: Prepare the Coke Light Chicken using the Stove
Step 1. Grease a large skillet and heat it on the stove for 1 minute

Step 2. Cut the chicken breasts if you don't want to cook them whole

Step 3. Cut the vegetables you want to cook with the chicken
If you're pairing vegetables with chicken, cut them into bite-sized pieces or slices as the pan warms over the heat. That way, they'll be ready when it's time to cook them.
- Chicken goes well with most vegetables, especially onions, garlic and peppers. You can also add small corn on the cob or mushrooms, according to your personal tastes.

Step 4. Place the chicken and vegetables in the hot pan
Use tongs or a fork to arrange the meat in the bottom of the hot pan. Try to distribute the chicken evenly, especially if you are cooking whole breasts. Add the vegetables cut into pieces or slices, distributing them evenly among the meat.
Step 5. Brown the chicken and vegetables for 5-7 minutes over high heat
Let them cook until they are golden brown. If you have cut the chicken breasts into small pieces or slices, you can mix them periodically (every 1-2 minutes or so) with a wooden spoon. If you preferred to leave the breasts whole, turn them halfway through cooking to get even browning on both sides.

Pour the Coke Light into a medium-sized bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients that make up the sauce, then mix with a whisk until they are all evenly blended. If you have cut the chicken breasts into small pieces or slices, you can skip this step and pour the sauce ingredients directly into the pan.
- For the classic version of the sauce, use 330ml of Coke Light and 250ml of ketchup. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- For a sweeter and tastier sauce, use 330ml Coke Light, 200ml chicken broth, 120ml tomato puree, 60ml tomato paste, 2 finely chopped garlic cloves, 30ml Worcestershire sauce, 30 ml of soy sauce and a teaspoon (5 g) of mixed herbs or spices to taste.
Step 7. Pour the sauce ingredients into the pan
If you have cut the chicken into cubes or slices, you can pour the Coke Light, the ketchup and the other ingredients directly into the pan, then mix them by mixing with the wooden spoon or a silicone spatula. If you made the sauce in a bowl, pour it over whole chicken breasts.
