Are you playing Mario Kart for Wii and can't unlock the "Lightning Trophy"? No problem, read on to find out how.
Steps
Step 1. Get your copy of the Mario Kart Wii game
Take the disc out of its case and insert it into the Wii player. Turn on the console and select the "Mario Kart" option from the "Disco" channel. Now follow the on-screen instructions until you reach the license selection screen.
If the optical media you inserted into the console player is not detected correctly, you may have inserted it from the wrong side. Try taking it out, turning it over and reinserting it. If the Wii is standing upright, the printed side of the disc should be facing right
Step 2. Choose your Mario Kart Wii license
Now select the "1 Player" game mode, then press the "Grand Prize" button.
Step 3. Choose the lowest vehicle class with which you have not yet unlocked the "Lightning Trophy"
If you are reading this article most likely it is the "50cc" class.
Step 4. Select which character to use, then choose whether to use a kart or a motorcycle
The characters in the "Small" category ("Baby …", "Koopa …" and "Toad …") have available models of kart and motorcycles other than those in the "Medium" category, which in turn are different from those of the "Heavy" category.
Step 5. Choose whether to use the "Automatic" or "Manual" gearbox
Step 6. Now take part in the "Shell Trophy" in "Grand Prix" mode by finishing at least third in one of the races that comprise it
Step 7. Finish at least third in one of the "Banana Trophy" races
This will unlock the "Leaf Trophy".
Step 8. Finally, he finishes in the top three in at least one of the races that make up the "Leaf Trophy"
Congratulations you have successfully unlocked participation in the much sought after "Lightning Trophy". The competitions that compose it are: "SNES Mario 3 Circuit", "DS Peach's Garden", "GCN Mountains of DK" and "N64 Bowser's Castle".
Step 9. Repeat the same steps for all other classes in the game:
"100 cc", "150 cc" and "Speculare".
