This article explains how to remove someone from the list of users that you have blocked on Viber using an Android phone or tablet.
Steps
Method 1 of 2: Unblock a User from a Chat
Step 1. Open Viber on your Android device
The icon looks like a purple and white speech bubble with a white telephone handset inside it. It is usually found on the home screen or in the application menu.
Step 2. Click on the Chat tab
It is located in the upper left corner of the screen.
Step 3. Select the conversation with the person you blocked
This will open the chat in question.
If you haven't had any conversations with the blocked person, read this method to unblock them from settings
Step 4. Click on this user's profile photo
You can click on it next to any answer this person has given you. Your profile will then be opened.
Step 5. Press on ⁝
This three-dot button is located in the upper right corner of the user's profile.
Step 6. Select Unblock
This person will then be unlocked on Viber.
Method 2 of 2: Unblock a User from Settings
Step 1. Open Viber on your Android device
The icon is depicted as a purple and white balloon with a white telephone handset inside it. It is usually found on the Home screen or in the application menu.
Step 2. Press on the ≡ menu
It is located in the upper left corner of the screen.
Step 3. Select Settings
Step 4. Select Privacy
Step 5. Click on Block List
This option is located towards the center of the screen. The list of blocked users will be displayed.
Step 6. Select Unblock
This will remove the user from the blocked people list.
