Steps
Part 1 of 3: Choosing a Backpack
Step 1. Choose a good quality backpack
You could buy a new one or use the one from the year before, just make sure it's clean and solid. It shouldn't have holes and other imperfections. The backrest and shoulder straps should be padded.
Test the backpack to see if it fits you. It should be able to hold all the weight without forcing your shoulders or sagging. Examine it in the store before you buy it
Part 2 of 3: Fill it up
Step 1. Get everything you need for school:
you will have to place it inside the backpack. School materials are necessary, and to these you will need to add those you need for personal reasons.
Materials for the School
Step 1. First, break up the school materials
Books go with books, notebooks with notebooks, folders with folders, pens with pens and so on. You can organize them by size, color and / or material.
Step 2. Once you have sorted the materials, put them one at a time in the backpack
Books go to the back, notebooks go to the front. You can put the pencil case and other things wherever you want. Insert the heavier volumes in the area near the back, so as not to strain it, while the lighter objects should be located away from the body.
Step 3. Make sure the materials placed in the backpack are organized
This means that you should arrange them in a way that is easy to take off and to prevent damage.
Step 4. Arrange the case
Pens, pencils and other things go into the right compartments of the pencil case so they can be taken right away.
Step 5. Try to have at least two folders with dividers to divide the subjects:
one for the papers that the teacher gives in class when he explains and another for the exercises and tests.
Personal objects
Step 1. If you have one, add your mobile
It can be useful for texting and in an emergency.
Step 2. Add personal care products, including deodorant, a brush or comb, feminine hygiene products, hair ties, cream, etc
Put these objects inside a clutch bag, so you will have a real kit at your disposal
Step 3. Bring an enjoyable book with you to read
You can take it when you have nothing better to do.
Step 4. Add a good luck charm
You don't need it, but if you like the idea, it might be nice to give you courage for the first day of school.
Part 3 of 3: Orientation
Step 1. If the school offers an orientation day, take advantage of it
