What you might be able to see by looking at a person's aura is infinite. Additionally, learning to read and protect your own aura can be important to your physical, emotional, and spiritual health. It is not necessary to be a mystic to read the aura. In fact, there is a widespread belief that each of us has the ability to read an aura and that during our first years of life this ability was practiced with extreme ease. Read the article and follow the steps to awaken your skills.
Steps
Part 1 of 3: Understanding the Aura
Step 1. Be clear about the definition
While, in general, we think of the aura as a particular atmosphere that surrounds a person, it is important to understand that there is something much more specific. Some people consider the aura to be the set of electrophotonic vibrations generated in response to some external stimulation. What is important to understand is that the aura contains information relating to the essence of the person or object it surrounds.
Step 2. Understand the science
A human's aura is composed in part of electromagnetic (EM) radiation which includes microwaves and low-frequency infrared (IR) radiation and high-frequency UV light. UV light is more related to our conscious activity (thinking, creativity, intentions, sense of humor and emotions) and is the part visible to the naked eye.
-
The electro-magnetic energies of the aura surround the body in an oval-shaped field. This "auric egg" expands approximately 60-90cm on each side of the body. It extends over the head and into the ground under the feet.
Step 3. Know the levels
The aura is made up of seven levels (also called auric layers or bodies) corresponding to the seven chakras of the body. Each level has its own characteristic frequency and is directly related to the others also in an active way. Consequently, if one of the levels is unbalanced, it can cause an imbalance in the others as well.
-
Physical level.
At this level, physical well-being, pleasure and health are required.
-
Etheric level.
At this level, self-love and self-acceptance are needed.
-
Vital level.
At this level, you will find your willingness to understand situations in a clear, linear and rational way.
-
Astral level.
At this level, you seek emotional interaction with family and friends.
-
Lower mental level.
At this level, you require alignment with your divine will and a commitment to express and pursue the truth.
-
Higher mental level.
At this level, you must have divine love and spiritual ecstasy.
-
Spiritual (intuitive) level.
At this level, you require a connection with the divine mind and an understanding of the grand universal plan.
Step 4. Appreciate the benefits of seeing the aura
Learning to see the aura of others will give you the opportunity to receive information relating to his character and person. Learning to see your aura can inspire you to make changes that will improve the signals you emanate.
-
Spot a liar. The aura cannot be falsified. If someone is dishonest to you, you will be able to tell by "listening" to their thoughts through their aura.
-
Get clues about the nature of others. A clean and bright aura indicates a good and spiritually advanced person. A gray or dark aura reveals unclear intentions. A person who introduces himself as a spiritual teacher, teacher, guru or spiritual guide should have a clearly defined golden yellow halo around their head.
-
Diagnose diseases. Reading the aura will give you a chance to notice a physical problem before the symptoms appear.
- Enhance personal growth. Reading the aura can elevate your state of consciousness, aid your spiritual development, and strengthen your awareness of the natural world.
Step 5. Know the colors of the aura and what they mean
There are multiple varieties of colors in the aura that can convey different messages about the person or object they surround. There are countless variations, each containing a specific message, but these are the basic colors:
-
Red.
Red affects the heart, circulation and physical body. Seen in a positive connotation, it can indicate a healthy ego; on the negative side it can refer to anger, anxiety and an inflexible nature.
-
Orange.
Orange affects the reproductive organs and emotions. Seen in a positive connotation, it indicates energy, stamina, creativity, productivity, a sense of adventure, courage or an outgoing nature. In a negative view, it can be linked to current stress, in relation to addictions and weaknesses.
-
Yellow.
Yellow relates to the spleen and vital energy. It is the color of awakening, inspiration, intelligence, sharing, creativity, playfulness, optimism and a loose and tolerant nature. Conversely, a bright yellow color can also indicate fear of losing control, prestige, respect or power.
-
Green.
Green is related to the heart and lungs. When viewed in the aura, it usually represents growth and balance, and most importantly, change. It refers to the love of people, nature and animals. A green aura with dark or cloudy tones indicates jealousy, resentment, victimhood, insecurity and low self-esteem.
-
Blue.
Blue is connected to the throat and thyroid. Her positive associations include a loving and caring nature, as well as intuition and sensitivity. Dark shades of blue indicate fear of the future, of expressing oneself or facing or expressing the truth.
-
Viola.
Purple relates to the head, pineal gland and nervous system. It is regarded as the most sensitive and wisest of colors. In the aura it is the color of intuition and reveals the psychic power of self-attunement.
-
Silver.
Silver is the color of spiritual and physical abundance.
-
Gold.
Gold indicates divine protection and enlightenment. An individual endowed with a gold-colored aura is guided by his highest goodness.
-
Black.
Black extracts energy and transforms. Typically it indicates a long inability to forgive or withheld and unreleased pain and can lead to health problems.
-
White.
White is a state of pure light and represents purity and truth. It can indicate the closeness of angels or that a woman will soon become pregnant.
Part 2 of 3: Cleansing your Aura
Step 1. Recognize the time when your aura needs to be cleaned
We collect the energies of others without even realizing it. When these energies are negative, they affect our aura negatively. You may have had an experience like this: You are in a good mood and plan to spend time with a friend. You are enjoying the evening, but at some point you find yourself feeling anxious and irritable. When you get home, you are in a bad mood without knowing why. A similar situation indicates the need to clear your aura. Even if it doesn't seem out of balance, it's still a good idea to clean it periodically to release any negative energy.
Step 2. Cleanse your aura
Focus on your root chakra, located at the base of your spine, and associated with the color red. Imagine it as anchored to the earth through a red light extending below. Then visualize yourself enveloped in a brilliant shower of golden light radiated by the sun. Allow the light to penetrate your body and your aura. Keep this image for some time. Then visualize a violet light extending from the soles of your feet to the top of your head. Feel it and see it as a warm, protective blanket and believe it has the ability to heal and protect any holes in your aura. At this point, the cleansing and healing process will be underway, and you should feel yourself getting stronger as you release negative energies and gain a new sense of peace. Meditate on these feelings for a moment. When you feel ready, imagine a white light that surrounds your clean aura giving you additional protection.
Step 3. Protect your aura
You can follow other steps in order to protect and strengthen your aura; including massage, shielding, cord cutting (releasing negative energies that bind us to another person) and heavenly intervention. Search for more information on the web.
-
Try to restore your energies with Reiki. This light touch therapy increases the flow of energy by helping to remove stagnant or blocked chi. A Reiki practitioner acts as a medium to receive divine energy and channel it into your energy field, removing blocked chi and preventing further mental, emotional, physical or spiritual dysfunction.
-
Create a shield. Visualize around you a bubble of white, loving light enveloping you. This protective field can repel negative thoughts and feelings, as well as other psychic attacks directed at you, preventing energy vampires from drawing energy from you.
- Cut the cord. Invisible energy cords can keep you connected to other people, to other places, or to objects and situations. While the positive cords of love can never be broken, the etheric cords based on fear can be cut to prevent further energy losses and outflows. Ask Archangel Michael to use his sword to cut the negative cords, or visualize a laser beam coming from a crystal as he cuts them.
- Ask for the support of the angels. Call the angels to your aid; they are always available to assist you, but must be invited in order to intervene. Turn to Archangel Michael to cut the negative cords, Archangel Raphael to fill energy gaps with green healing light, and Archangelo Metatron to cleanse the chakras.
Part 3 of 3: See the Aura
Step 1. Begin to perceive
A good way to start seeing aura is to practice perception. This means paying attention to your feelings in the presence of another person. Take a deep breath, exhale and focus on his physical sensations of your body and your gut reactions. Ask yourself how it makes you feel to be next to a given person? Serene? Nervous? Agitated? Think about the color you would match this person with. As your skills improve, perceiving and beginning to glimpse the aura will become easier.
Step 2. Develop your peripheral vision
Our peripheral vision is less damaged than the central part of our retina and has healthier light-sensitive cells. Also, having trained our central vision to see a certain way for years, it may be difficult to get it to acquire new habits about the aura. Start with simple exercises, such as focusing on one point for 30-60 seconds. This practice will increase your sensitivity to light.
Step 3. Tune into the colors
Practice with primary and bright colors to improve your ability to see aura. Cover a book with red or blue paper and place it on an upright table, several inches away from you. The wall behind the table should be white or neutral and the light in the room should be soft, but not dim. Close your eyes, take a few deep breaths, relax and reopen your eyes looking towards the book. Don't focus on the book, but on one side and the space beyond it. After a while you will see a pale, narrow aura emanating from the book as the book changes color to a bright yellow or green.
-
When you have practiced with just one book, you will be able to cover various books with different colors and then look at them. When you feel ready, you can start practicing observing plants, animals and people.
-
During this exercise it is possible to blink normally and quickly. Doing so the aura may disappear for a few seconds, but it will reappear quickly if you stay relaxed and focused.
- Practice learning how to maintain focus with your eyes. Do not tire them and do not put tension on the eyes and forehead.
Step 4. Learn to see
Ask for the support of a friend and place it half a meter from you, in front of a white wall in a room that is not excessively lit. Look at the wall behind him by placing your gaze a few inches (about 5) from his body. Don't look at the person or you will lose the image of the aura. Try to look beyond where the person is and try to notice any color changes on the back wall. One area should appear lighter than the others. Try to identify its hue; ask yourself what color you would use to describe that area.
-
Once you have identified the color, you can ask the person to swing from side to side. The energy field should move accordingly.
-
If you see different colors in different areas of the person's aura it does not necessarily mean that your eyes are deceiving you; an aura can have different colors according to the different conditions of the body.
-
Practice without putting too much stress on yourself and your eyes. Each individual develops these skills at a different pace.
-
The brilliance of a person's aura is closely related to his sensations. If a person feels happy and full of life their aura will be strong, wide and bright. Try having your partner listen to their favorite music to help energize their aura by making it more easily visible.
Step 5. Practice on yourself
Sit in a dimly lit room and relax. Take a couple of deep breaths. Visualize your goal of seeing your aura in your mind and focus on it. It is important that you believe this is an achievable goal. Join the index fingers of your hands and rub them and press them against each other. The aura is "sticky" and, when one finger "sticks" to the other, the energy will remain suspended between the two fingers. Now, focus your gaze on the area between the two fingers as you continue to rub them. After some time, part your fingers leaving an inch of space between the two. Focus the space between them looking for a colored fog or smoke.
With constant training, the aura will become sharper and easier to see. At that point, repeat the exercise with your hands, rubbing them together and then separating them in search of the aura
Advice
- Relax, take deep, focused breaths.
- Don't put strain on your eyes and don't strain them.
- Be discreet when looking at people's aura, otherwise they will feel observed.
