But if you really want to enhance your eyes, you need the right make-up and the right clothing. By following these simple instructions, you will be able to make your blue eyes stand out in no time.

Step 1. Apply the concealer around the eyes and face
If you really want to make them stand out, you need to apply the concealer under the eyes, in order to enhance their natural beauty, thus also eliminating dark circles. Always remember to use a concealer that is one or two shades lighter than your natural skin color and to use a special one for more noticeable dark circles, where necessary. Here's how to apply the concealer the right way:
- Place a few dots of concealer around dark circles and under the eyes and lightly tap to make it absorb.
