Part 1 of 4: Face
Step 1. Clean your eyes by wiping them carefully with a clean, wet towel
Step 2. Blow your nose when you feel it start flowing to clear the mucus
Buy nose care products that you can find at the pharmacy and never pick your nose.
Step 3. Apply good quality lip balm when your lips feel dry
Don't bite your lips to avoid skin irritation or cracking.
Part 2 of 4: Teeth
Step 1. Brush your teeth twice a day
Buy a soft-bristled toothbrush and good quality toothpaste.
- Wet the toothbrush and apply a small amount of toothpaste to the bristles (the amount should match the size of a small pea).
- Start brushing each tooth gently in circular motions making sure to clean all front, back and sides teeth.
Step 2. Floss at least once a day
- Roll the floss around the index finger of both hands making sure to leave some space between the fingers.
- Gently push the floss between each tooth, removing food residue and plaque.
Step 3. Rinse with mouthwash morning and evening (if you want)
Part 3 of 4: Shower and Hair Care
Step 1. Comb your hair once a day
Comb them even more frequently if you have them long.
Step 2. Shower at least every two days
If you sweat a lot and if you have very strong body odor, do it every day as well.
- Get into the shower and make sure you wash your entire body.
- Wash your hair regularly. Massage the roots and scalp with shampoo. Rinse thoroughly and massage the ends with conditioner. Leave the conditioner on while you wash the rest of your body.
- Use a good quality soap to wash your body thoroughly.
- Rinse off the soap.
- Rinse off the conditioner.
Step 3. Dry with a towel

Step 1. Trim your nails when they start to get too long
Step 2. Don't tear off the broken nails
Cut them off before they get too painful.
Step 3. Take care of the warts
If you have a wart on your hand, wrap it with duct tape and apply specific products, such as Imiquimod, which you can find at the pharmacy.
Step 4. Apply a moisturizing lotion daily to prevent the skin from cracking
