Are you looking for hairstyles that are quick, cute and easy to do? You are in the right place! Here is a series of curls, tails, braids and for loose hair.
Steps
Method 1 of 4: Harvested
Step 1. Gather your hair into a very simple bun
It's a classic, it's beautiful, and it looks good on just about everyone.
Step 2. Try making a bow with your hair.
This style, made famous by Lady Gaga, is simpler than it looks. Give it a go!
Step 3. Collect them in a messy bun
This hairstyle is very feminine and cute, and not too fancy.
Step 4. Make yourself a side bun
Sweeping your hair to one side in a soft bun is a classic hairstyle, but it's more feminine than the previous one.
Step 5. Make yourself a banana
A sock can help you create this trendy and stable chignon with minimal effort.
Step 6. Make yourself a bun without hairpins or rubber bands
Don't have any hair accessories? No problem! All you need is a pencil, wand or hair stick to create this effortless look.
Step 7. Try an upside down bun, clean and professional
For a not so simple, but mature look, use this variant of the classic chignon.
Method 2 of 4: Code
Step 1. Make yourself a sophisticated ponytail
Try to spice up a boring ponytail with the help of a curling iron.
Step 2. Try on a fake ponytail
Cover the elastic with a lock of hair for a cleaner look.
Step 3. Gather your hair into a messy ponytail
Keep your hair away from your face without giving the impression that it took hours with this very simple look. Add bows or hair accessories to personalize it.
Step 4. Get yourself a back tail
An inverted tail hides the elastic and gives you a more formal look for school or work.
Step 5. Try a retro look
Make the reverse ponytail more sophisticated by rolling the hair inside. Transform the ponytail into a messy bun for a trendy look, and a classic bun for a more professional look.
Method 3 of 4: Braids
Step 1. Fishbone braid
It looks like it's done with lots of little locks, but a herringbone braid is very easy to do. Keep it neat and tidy, or mess it up a little to mimic the look of Katniss Everdeen in The Hunger Games.
Step 2. Or, try making a fishbone braid with two rubber bands
For a slightly different look, start with a ponytail and then braid your hair. It is a good starting point for beginners.
Step 3. Make the Dutch Braid
A Dutch braid is a quick and cute way to style your hair in the morning once you get the hang of it.
Step 4. Braid to the side
For a unique and slightly bohemian look, try a side braid. It is the same technique as the French braid, but with a variation.
Method 4 of 4: Loose Hair
Step 1. Curl your hair while you sleep
When you undo your braids in the morning, you will have soft and supple curls!
Step 2. Curl your hair with a curling iron
Curl them all, or maybe just a few strands of the outer layer of the hair.
Step 3. Use the straightener to get curls
It might sound strange to use the straightener to have curls, but you can use it to get a shape other than the classic one.
Step 4. Collect a piece of hair
Imitate Snookie's hairstyle by stopping a few strands of hair with tweezers.
Advice
- Brushing, straightening or backcombing your hair too much can damage it; try to do it as little as possible.
- Don't use too much conditioner. Makes hair appear greasy and too heavy.
- If you think tails, pigtails or braids are trivial, try adding fun bows or barrettes to spice them up.
- The gel is an excellent substitute for hairspray, add a little water and gel to a spray bottle.
- Some braids are easier to do with wet hair because there are no unruly strands.
- For best results, straighten your hair. When you curl them, try to make all curls the same.
- When you straighten your hair, divide it into sections, and loosen it as you go along with the work.
- When making a ponytail, lean your head forward and use your hands to flatten the top of the head.
- If you have short hair, try to roll it up and collect it, with the help of hairpins. Or make a messy ponytail. Trial!
- When exercising, pull your hair back, as sweat easily damages it. If you find this a boring hairstyle, add barrettes and bows to make it more fun.
- Do lots of braids when your hair is wet and the next morning it will be super wavy (wait until completely dry before loosening it).
