Steps
Step 1. Start by drawing Bart's head, sketch a vertical rectangle and then draw a smaller, horizontal one to represent the neck
Create the hair by drawing a horizontal zigzag line, or by drawing many small points, on the top of the head. The tips must merge with the forehead and must not be too big or too obvious, Bart's hair is not the peculiarity of the character. Add some guidelines (as in the figure), without limiting too much, it will be easier to draw the face in the next step.
Step 2. Draw the face
Create two overlapping circles to represent Bart's eyes, then draw the pupils with two smaller, fuller circles inside them. As you can see in the figure, the eyes are not located exactly in the center of the head, they are slightly more shifted downwards. Make sure they are arranged and proportioned correctly to each other. Once you have drawn the eyes you can move on to the nose, add a small horizontal oval and then draw a small 'C' for the ear. Don't add the mouth yet.
Step 3. It's time to draw the body, draw two partially overlapping circles
The upper circle must be smaller than the lower one.
Step 4. Draw two ovals overlapping and connected to each other to represent Bart's arms, then create the hands and fingers as shown
The hands must be represented with a circle, while the fingers with small oval shapes. Remember that the latter must be more elongated than the previous ovals, if you want to create a cartoon in which Bart holds an object you will have to draw them folded in on themselves.
Step 5. Draw two rectangles for the legs
Create the feet with two crushed ovals at the bottom.
Step 6. Add the shirt, shorts and shoes
As you do so, remember that the main feature of Bart's clothing is simplicity.
Step 7. Now you can trace the contours of the figure and curve the bottom line of Bart's head, in this way you will create the mouth
Add the details and then delete the guidelines.
Step 8. Color your drawing and that's it
Bart Simpson wears a red / orange shirt and blue shorts and shoes. Don't forget to color the body a nice deep yellow.

Create your drawing with light pencil strokes, it will be easier to erase any mistakes.
Like many other animated characters, Bart has also been drawn many times, both by fans and by the creators of the animated series and therefore has many different personifications.
