Homer Simpson is a widely recognizable cartoon character, both because of the popularity of The Simpsons series and because he represents the comic stereotype of the American working class. This article will explain, step by step, how to draw it.
Steps
Method 1 of 2: First Method: Homer's Head
Draw two circles, making one about half the size of the other.

Step 1. Draw a straight line horizontally from the tip of the nose to the edge of the eye

Step 2. Draw another circle, as big as the one you did for the first eye
It must be perfectly aligned with it, horizontally.

Step 3. Erase the lines that overlap the nose and the first eye, which must remain in the background

Step 4. Draw a downward curved line from the bottom of the nose to the tip of the left eye

Step 5. Now draw another curved line that starts from the same point as the first but goes in the opposite direction, to the southeast
The length of this line should be equal to the height of the eyes.

Step 6. Starting from where you left off the second curved line, draw another one that curves slightly downward
Its length should correspond to the height of the nose.

Step 7. Starting from where you left off the previous line, make one more line, this time smaller, that curves southwest

Step 8. Starting from where you just finished the line from the previous step, make another curved line that curves to the southeast, slightly longer than eye level

Step 9. Now rejoin the line from step 4

Step 10. Draw the mouth with the expression you want

Step 11. Draw a circle the size of Homer's head (see picture above)
Cut them in half to create a semicircle, but diagonally.

Step 12. If necessary, move the semicircle to the right position

Step 13. Make a small bump above the second eye (see picture)

Step 14. Connect the protuberance to the lower end of the semicircle with a straight line

Step 15. Start a curved line from the other end of the semicircle and make it go up under the mouth

Step 16. Draw a circle half the size of an eye, then erase part of it
This will be the ear.

Step 17. Draw the lines in Homer's ear (see figure)

Step 18. Make two curly hairs at the top of the head and others above the ear

Step 19. Add the pupils in the eye wherever you want

Step 20. Color Homer's head and beard with the right shades
Method 2 of 2: Second Method: Homer's Head and Body

Step 1. Draw 2 circles as eyes
Inside, make two dots for the pupils.

Step 2. Draw the nose in the shape of a sausage, under the eyes

Step 3. Draw an arc pointing to the left for the first part of the mouth

Step 4. Draw another arc, which this time points to the right, and join it to the first one

Step 5. Draw Homer's head, above the eyes

Step 6. Draw the hair with 4 semicircles

Step 7. Draw Homer's neck and ear; for the ear, you can simply use a headband

Step 8. Draw the collar just below the neck

Step 9. Under the collar, draw Homer's baby bump

Step 10. Draw the 2 sleeves of the shirt

Step 11. Under the sleeve, draw the arm and hand
