Rooh Afza is mainly found in India and Pakistan. It was created by Hakim Abdul Majeed in 1907 and is used to break the Ramadan fast. It is a very popular drink in the clubs of India and Pakistan as a cheap and refreshing drink.
Ingrediants
- 2 tablespoons of Rooh Afza
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- Mint leaves
- Ice cubes
Steps
Step 1. Purchase a bottle of Rooh afza at an ethnic grocery store
Step 2. Pour 2 tablespoons of Rooh afza into the water
Alternatively you can add it to milk, follow your personal taste.
Step 3. Stir until it is completely amalgamated with the chosen liquid
Step 4. Add the sugar and dissolve it by stirring
Step 5. Decorate with two mint leaves and chill the drink with ice cubes

Advice
- If you wish, squeeze a lemon wedge into your rooh afza.
- You can use the Rooh afza to decorate and flavor the ice cream, in this case do not dilute it in water.
- You can replace sugar with a teaspoon of honey.
