Google Chrome has a very useful native feature that allows you to save and manage all your passwords for accessing websites. Do you need to delete one or more passwords saved in Google Chrome? Or have you forgotten the password to access a particular site? Fortunately, there is a way to access, view and delete saved passwords from Chrome. Steps
Step 1. Go to the Google Chrome main menu
Select the button represented by three horizontal lines located in the upper right corner of the screen. The 'Customize and control Google Chrome' menu will open, relating to all browser options.
Step 2. Select the 'Settings' item
You will be directed to a new tab, where you can change a large number of browser settings.
Step 3. Scroll through the list and select the link 'Show advanced settings

Step 4. Scroll through the new list and select the 'Manage saved passwords' link
A panel will appear containing all the passwords saved in Chrome and their options.
Step 5. Manage your saved passwords
The column contains the address of the referring website, in the second column the username is displayed and in the third there is the obscured password. You can choose any item in the list by selecting its row. At this point you can decide to delete the selected password by pressing the 'X' button on the right, or to select the 'Show' button to view the password in clear text. This second option can be very useful if you have forgotten the password to access a particular site.
Advice
- You can also change Chrome's 'Small Touches' settings tab to manage how the browser saves passwords. If you prefer your information not to be saved this way, simply select the 'Never save passwords' button. This way Google Chrome will no longer ask you to save your login passwords, until you reactivate this possibility.
- Alternatively, you can use the following 'chrome: // settings / passwords' command, located in the Chrome address bar, to directly access the 'Password' management panel.

When you log in to a website, a bar appears at the top of the window asking you whether or not you want to save your login credentials for the site in question. By pressing the 'Never for this site' button, the bar will never be displayed again after logging in to this site. If you have pressed the 'Save password' button by mistake, you can delete the saved password by following the procedure indicated in this guide.
