People full of energy have three things in common: they honor and deeply respect themselves, they accept themselves completely for who they are, and they don't take themselves too seriously. They also take challenges as opportunities to be creative. They change negative thoughts as fast as they zap on TV. Because they see life as a fun game, they enjoy good health, both physically and mentally. It is always a pleasure to be in their company, also because they adore and accept people for who they are.
Steps
Step 1. Honor yourself and understand that you are a unique person with your own destiny
Believe in yourself, never give in to doubts, action overcomes uncertainties. Pretend you are or know how to do something until you actually get the desired result. Behave the way you want to do it, even if it's hard for you right now. Don't listen to the negative voices recurring in your head, visualize your goals and move on. Train and manage your mind differently.
Step 2. Respect yourself
Respect yourself for your uniqueness and try to understand that everyone has their own life path. You are who you are. You are better off being yourself, in fact you are a unique individual, full of resources! Accept and respect yourself, flaws and all, and you will find that life is much less burdensome than you thought.
Step 3. Forget what others think of you
The most valuable opinion about your life comes from yourself, and that's it. If you live in fear of what people will say or think about you, it will hold you back from realizing your full potential and cultivating your best sides. Everyone is different. Don't do what others do just because you are afraid of being marginalized. Don't let people sting you in the quick, where it hurts you the most. Understand that what they say and think does not matter.
Step 4. Accept both the dark and the bright parts, which emerge thanks to your qualities
In short, accepted in totality. This means recognizing your positive and negative traits, your flaws and your talents. Calmly reflect on your past and the lessons you have learned. This way, you will know more about yourself and get everything you need from these experiences, for better or for worse.
Step 5. Defend yourself from your own criticisms
Believe in yourself. Life is a journey intertwined with those of friends, family and various events, but it is also an individual journey, which you will have to face alone. You have to be your hardest critic but, at the same time, also be your biggest fan. Never be a presumptuous one who doesn't question himself. Accept and love yourself. If there is something about you that you don't like, don't be disheartened. Work on it.
Step 6. Don't take anything personally
Forget what people do or say or how situations evolve, learn to accept everything, to turn the page, to look back and laugh about it. Don't be too sensitive or overly worry about how things are going. Get the best these experiences have to offer, while not entirely pleasant.
Step 7. Forgive yourself and others when mistakes are made
This allows you to live with a lighter heart and will give much more energy to your life. Remember that everyone makes mistakes, including you. Everyone should learn to let anger or unrest flow once past the point of forgiveness.
Step 8. Think creatively when challenges arise
And this will happen until the last day of your existence on this planet.
Step 9. Be grateful for all the gifts you have and take care of your body, mind and spirit
Nobody knows how to deal with it better than you, even if you have the hope that someone will.
Step 10. Live in the present
The past is dead (like a canceled check) and the future is full of unknowns. You will feel much happier when you actually manage to use the opportunities you earn.
Step 11. Practice activities that awaken energy, such as qi gong, yoga, and EFT
They help you recover the energy and positivity in your life.
Advice
- Life is too short to be unhappy!
- Nothing is impossible when you are determined.
- Dedicate yourself to what you like, don't do something because others force you.
- Go with the flow and try not to worry.
- Imagine yourself as a curious child in a welcoming universe. Remember, you decide how you see the world, no one forces you to think a certain way.
- Live as much as possible in the present, forgetting and forgiving the past and without having too many fantasies about the future. Setting goals and having dreams is good, but visualizing is not enough, you have to act.
- Change yourself and you will change the world.
- Sometimes life disappoints us, but we decide whether to get back up or not.
- Everything is in your mind. When sad and overwhelming thoughts arise, forget them and do more.
Warnings
- Observe how you talk to yourself. We have between 50,000 and 70,000 thoughts every day. When they are optimistic, hopeful, happy, inspiring, thankful and joyful, you exude energy and naturally and effortlessly prove to be a fun-loving and energetic person adored by people.
- Beware of people, especially those close to you, who tell you how you should live. You decide how to pursue your happiness and freedom, what gives you energy, makes you feel good and makes you a pleasant company.
- If you have regrets for not doing something, such as saying goodbye to a person or perhaps saving your friend or father, forgive yourself, because, by worrying, you have already proved to yourself that you loved a person, an animal or even to an insect. This shows that if this person or animal were alive and seeing how much you care, they wouldn't like to see you depressed and suffer longer than they should.
- Don't imagine that you have the power to go back in time and solve a problem. First of all, you can't, the past is now gone, it's over. And then what would be the point of going back in time and fixing something? Mistakes represent a lesson for human beings, they allow us to learn, to avoid the same mistakes in the future.
- The future is like a child. If you wanted him to be healthy and happy, you wouldn't smoke, you wouldn't take drugs, you wouldn't gamble, you wouldn't take unnecessary risks. You would take care of it.
- Don't beat yourself up for the past. Whatever guilt or regret you have left in your life, it shouldn't be so serious as to put you down and keep you from turning the page for future improvement.
