A new faucet can give your bathroom a decidedly new look with minimal effort and low cost. This job takes only a few hours and can easily be done in a weekend.
Steps
Method 1 of 4: Part 1: Install the Barrel

Step 1. Measure the distance between the sink holes where the handles fit, with a tape measure or ruler, to evaluate the type of faucet to buy

Step 2. Close the hot and cold water valves under the sink

Step 3. Remove the old faucet by unscrewing the screws that secure it to the sink
You will find the screw under the decorative cover, at the top of the faucet.

Step 4. Unscrew the metal circle located under the sink

Step 5. Insert the new spout into the center of the sink drain hole
Insert a washer into the top of the barrel and screw the nut to hold it in place.

Step 6. Screw the nut by hand

Step 7. Insert the three-way joint into the bottom of the barrel
Line it up with the hot and cold water valves, and secure it in place.
Method 2 of 4: Part 2: Connect the Hot and Cold Water Valves

Step 1. Insert the hot and cold water valves into the designated holes

Step 2. Secure the valve nut under the sink

Step 3. Connect the rosette at the top

Step 4. Connect the hot and cold water pipes to the valves

Step 5. Connect the other ends of the braided hoses to the three-way joint

Step 6. Tighten the nuts on all four ends

Step 7. Place the faucet handles on the valves
They should face inward when open and outward when closed.

Step 8. Connect the supply line to the hot and cold water valves and shut-off valve
Method 3 of 4: Part 4: Install the Exhaust Manifold

Step 1. Remove the drain manifold, spigot and rim from under the sink by removing the nuts

Step 2. Apply silicone to the new exhaust manifold and insert it into the hole provided

Step 3. Screw the rim onto the manifold

Step 4. Tighten the nut from under the sink

Step 5. Connect the old tang to the exhaust rim and replace the manifold
Method 4 of 4: Part 5: Install the Drain Plug
The drain plug consists of a connecting rod connected to a metal belt; a rod with a ball is attached to the strap. The ball is placed in the drain to control the movement of the cap.

Step 1. Place a washer, nut and spring clip on the ball rod
The rod is fixed to the connecting rod and has a sphere on one end.

Step 2. Place the rod in one of the holes in the strap and insert an elastic clip over it

Step 3. Put a washer on the other end of the rod and insert the ball into the rim

Step 4. Hold the stopper in the drain and use the rod to grab the hook

Step 5. Secure a nut on the exhaust tailpiece, but so that it is not too tight and the ball can move

Step 6. Insert the connecting rod through the barrel into the belt

Step 7. Open the water valve
Advice
- Remove the aerator to clean the implant before using it.
- When removing the old faucet, use anti-rust oil if the nuts are rusted.
