Haven't done your math homework the day before your handover yet? Will your teacher kill you if you don't finish them in time? Well, don't worry! Just follow this guide to finish your homework the night before the delivery, without your parents discovering you.
Steps
Step 1. Set priorities
Just do the homework you need to turn in the next day. Do not do any homework other than for the next day, as you will waste time.
Step 2. Get everything you need and some snacks
Bring them to your room before bed so your parents don't notice you and arouse suspicion. It's not a good idea to go to the kitchen at 11.50pm and wake everyone up!
Step 3. Get rid of all distractions
Stay away from social media and turn off your phone.
Step 4. Get to work
Don't procrastinate, don't use your computer, and don't play video games. Get to work immediately.
Step 5. Do your homework and scheduled breaks
For example, you could study for forty minutes and take a five-minute break; during breaks you can read, exercise, text or listen to music.
Advice
- Remember that sleep is very important; too much lost sleep can cause health problems.
- Hide snacks or food in your room to avoid leaving the room when hungry.
- If you're listening to music, use earphones or make sure the volume isn't too loud.
- Be ready to slip into bed at any time. If you feel that someone is approaching your room, be prepared to turn off the light and pretend to be asleep.
- Avoid staying up all night, you should close everything and go to bed by 2 am, so as not to be too tired the next day.
- Keep any books you are not using in an inconspicuous place, such as on the floor or on a shelf, to prevent your parents from seeing them if they enter the room.
Warnings
- Make sure your parents don't catch you, and watch out for warning signs like coughs and footsteps.
- If you have to get out of bed to get something, make sure your parents have gone to sleep so you have a better chance of not being caught red-handed.
