Netflix offers several plans to choose from to subscribe to the service. The more expensive options allow you to access Netflix content in HD and Ultra HD resolution and share your account among multiple people on different devices at the same time. If you have chosen to manage Netflix service billing through iTunes, you will also need to use it to change your subscription plan.
Steps
Method 1 of 2: Use the Netflix website
Step 1. Log in to Netflix using your computer and your user account
Paste the URL netflix.com/YourAccount into the address bar of the browser and press the "Enter" key.
- Even if you use Netflix on other devices, in order to change your subscription plan, you must access the website via a computer. It is not possible to make changes to the Netflix plan using the devices with which you view the contents of the platform, such as smart TVs or video game consoles.

Step 2. Click the profile icon in the upper right corner of the page, then click the primary account name
In order to change your Netflix subscription plan, you need to log into the platform using your main profile.
Step 3. Find the "Plan Details" section
It displays the current plan of your Netflix subscription.
Step 4. Click on the "Edit Plan" link next to the current active streaming plan
This will display the list of available options. In most countries, you will have three options: "Watch Netflix on 1 screen at a time at standard definition (SD)", "Watch Netflix on 2 screens at a time. Step 5. Select the plan you want and click the "Continue" button

Step 6. Add or change your DVD plan (this option is for US users only)
If you reside in the United States of America, you can also subscribe to the DVD plan which allows you to rent Netflix content in the form of physical optical media that will be delivered directly to your home. This option can be placed side by side with the streaming plan you have already selected. This option is not available to users living in other countries where Netflix already has the service.
- Click the "Add DVD plan" link to view the available subscription options and choose the one that best suits your needs.

Method 2 of 2: Using iTunes
Step 1. Launch iTunes on your computer
If you signed up for Netflix through iTunes, you will also need to use it to change your plan. In this case you will not be able to use the website of the platform.
Step 2. Click the "Sign In" button located at the top of the iTunes window
A login window will appear. If you are already signed in to the program, you can skip these steps.
Step 3. Enter your Apple ID and security password
Make sure you're using the same Apple ID you used to sign up for Netflix and manage billing for the service.
Step 4. Click your profile picture in the upper right corner of the window and choose the "View my account."
