Getting your hair done for school should be quick and easy, but you still need to try to get a nice and tidy result. The main rule is to keep the hair away from the face. This article will give you some tips and ideas on how to style your hair in the morning.
Steps
Method 1 of 3: Hairstyles
Step 1. Make a ponytail:
it is a trendy hairstyle that keeps the hair off the face. With one hand, brush or pull your hair back, try to keep unruly locks in check. With your other hand, take a rubber band and tuck your hair into it. Twist the elastic into an eight and pull the tail back through it. Keep twisting it and pulling your hair through it until you have secured the crop well.
- You could cover the elastic with a hair clip or ribbon to match the clothes you are wearing.
- If you don't want the elastic to be visible, take a strand of hair and wrap it several times around the base of the ponytail to cover it. Secure the strand with a bobby pin.
- You can wear a ponytail at the nape of the neck, high (at the crown of the head) or medium (at the center of the back of the head). You can also do it from the side.
Step 2. Try a slightly more elaborate variant of the classic ponytail, which involves turning it upside down
First, make a regular tail. Leaving some space between the back of the head and the elastic itself, create an opening in the hair. Make sure you have the same amount of hair on each side of the opening. Pull the tail through it and pull it gently. You can then attach a hair clip or ribbon around the base of the ponytail. You can also pin a bow on top.
Step 3. A simple bun will make you look sophisticated
Make a high ponytail. Grab it and twist it to create a kind of string, then wrap it around the elastic as many times as you can. While holding your hair in place with one hand, start fixing the bun with the bobby pins. Put one on the front, one on the back, one on the left and one on the right of the crop, then attach another bobby pin between them. Finally, sprinkle some hairspray on the chignon; also use it to smooth unruly locks.
To make the crop more special, weave a lock of hair and wrap it around the bun. Secure it with a bobby pin
Step 4. Create a disheveled bun
First, make a high ponytail. Twist your hair into a kind of string and wrap it around the base of the ponytail, creating a bun. Secure your hair by wrapping a rubber band around the base of the bun - make sure it covers and holds the ends of your hair in place. Shake your head and pull a few strands out of the chignon for a disheveled effect.
Step 5. You can also try a half crop
To do this, gather a small section of hair at the top of your head (roughly from eye level up). Bring it towards the back of the garment. You can secure it with a clasp or tie it with a smaller rubber band.
You can curl or straighten your hair
Step 6. Make a simple braid
First, part your hair into three even-sized strands. Then, take the strand on the left and bring it to the center of the other two. Take the section on the right and bring it to the center of the other two. Repeat these steps until there are three to five inches of loose hair left. Secure the braid with a rubber band.
You can make one braid on the back of the head or two side braids (in this case, start from behind the ear)
Method 2 of 3: Style your hair according to the length and type of hair
Step 1. To prevent the bangs from bothering you, pin it back
If you want a prettier hairstyle, you can curl it back on itself once or twice before fixing it.
Step 2. If you have long hair, put it in braids, ponytails or buns
You can try high or low ponytails, buns, one or two braids. You can also wear the French braid.
- Braid your hair the night before and untie it in the morning - it will become wavy. If you have a little extra time, curl them and gather them into two fluffy side tails. You can also curl them unevenly to have a fake disheveled look or collect them in a cheeky bun.
- You can try wearing a side tuft, gathering the rest of the hair into a high or side ponytail.
Step 3. If you have shoulder-length hair, pull it back with bobby pins
You can pin a section on the top of the head or attach two sections to the sides of the head.
Step 4. If you have medium length hair, curl or straighten it
You can't do the same hairstyles suitable for long hair, but there are still ideas to get a nice result.
- If you're short on time, put them up in a disheveled bun, or brush them and wear them loose. If you got up early and want to try something different, slap them. When the straightener reaches the tips, turn it outwards to create a blur effect.
- Curl them with a curling iron or flat iron. You can do defined or soft curls. Pin the bangs back.
Step 5. If you have short hair, brush it with gel or wax
Apply a small amount to the palm of your hand and rub it between your fingers. Then, run your fingers through your hair and start pulling it up from the roots to ruffle it.
Step 6. If you have afro or very curly hair, try making braids that fit snugly around your head
Before going to sleep, wrap them in a silk scarf or net to keep them from getting tangled. After a week, wash your hair, apply conditioner, and redo the braids.
Use gel or hairspray to tame unruly hair or regrowth over the course of the week
Step 7. If you have short curly hair, keep it under control with a headband
Place it around your neck as if it were a necklace, then bring the front part over your head. Place it in such a way that it sits on top of your head. Gently tuck the sides of the headband behind your ears.
Method 3 of 3: Accessories
Step 1. Use bobby pins and headbands to control the bangs
If your hair keeps falling on your face, you won't be able to concentrate well in class. Luckily, there are accessories in many different colors and patterns - choose the ones that best suit your style or school uniform.
Step 2. Keep your hair away from your face with a headband
You can use one made of metal or plastic, but a cloth band will work fine too. This accessory adapts to any hair length.
For a boho chic look, choose a flower crown or wrap a colorful scarf around your head as if it were a headband
Step 3. Wear bows for a cute and feminine look
You can buy a bow-shaped hair clip and wear it to decorate a ponytail, or tie a ribbon around the end of a braid to create a pretty bow. Choose them in colors to suit your clothes or school uniform.
Step 4. Don't use too many accessories and don't choose excessively large ones
Pinning a huge flower in your hair to go to school is a bad idea - not only will it annoy you, you also risk getting teased. Try to bring one or two small accessories instead.
Advice
- Keep the lessons in mind. If you will be doing physical education, it is better to choose a braid or a ponytail, while reserving the more elaborate hairstyles for other days.
- Don't use too many hair products - they will look unnatural or dirty.
- Bring a clutch bag containing a comb, a hairspray, a mirror and some hairpins: you never know.
- Before gathering your hair, brush it to loosen the knots.
- If you are a beginner and don't know how to collect your hair, there is an easy way to keep it off your face. Stand upside down, bring all your hair in front of you and untangle it with your fingers. Make sure there are no unruly locks and gather them into a neat ponytail.
