Step 1. Enter the water and stand upright

Step 2. Put your hands behind your back and touch the edge of the pool behind you (below your shoulders)

Step 3. Place your foot against the wall behind your back and continue to keep your hands on the edge of the pool (keep your head above the water level)

Step 6. Move your legs up and down, but try not to let them go out of the water
Advice
- You can get as close to the floor as you like.
- You don't have to get out of the water or you won't be able to.
Warnings
- Try swimming all the way around the pool (you might hit the edge, be careful!).
- Make sure you get some air when you need it (otherwise you risk fainting).
