If you want to have stronger hair, please follow the steps below.
Steps
Step 1. Tie your hair
To have strong hair you need to exercise their muscles. Each strand of hair has muscles at the root called the erector hair muscles. By tying your hair you help it strengthen. If you are not used to tying your hair, do a half ponytail and then higher and higher. If you tie your hair up when you're not used to it, you'll feel bad at the end of the day. This way you know that you have made the erector hair muscles work too much.
Step 2. Massage your scalp
Massaging your scalp gives your hair a lot. It improves circulation and releases natural oils.
Step 3. Don't comb your hair too much
Combing too much breaks the hair, use a wide-toothed comb and don't pull the knots too hard. Comb from end to root. This method prevents the hair from breaking. If you've ever heard that: comb your hair 100 times a day for shiny, strong hair. In reality it is not a story. It would ruin most people's hair, but for a person with strong hair it is only a benefit. If a person with strong hair followed this myth, they would make their hair shiny because brushing brings out the natural oils from the hair root, this makes the hair naturally softer.
Step 4. Use a natural remedy
A mixture of ½ cup of coconut oil, 2 egg whites and honey, so that the mixture is like that of a cake.
-
Massage the mixture into your hair, from root to end. Wait an hour and wash very well. Don't be too abrupt or you could damage your hair. If you can get someone to help you, that would be better.
Step 5. Don't wash your hair too much
Wash your hair every day, dry it. When you wash your hair every day, the shampoo removes the natural oil coating from your hair. Conditioner ingredients (especially low quality ones) are not the same as naturally occurring oils, so take showers in moderation. If your hair is too greasy it is because the hair is trying to restore its natural oil level and because the hair has been stripped of its coating. Make sure you put on enough conditioner, if you already do, try some hot oil treatments.
Step 6. Drink well
Drink plenty of water, if you are dehydrated your hair will most likely be dry. This makes it harder for the hair to get strong.
Advice
- Do not comb wet hair, use a comb as the brush can break it.
- Don't direct too much heat on your hair (heat curlers, straighteners, hair dryers) it could have an aesthetically beautiful effect now but if you continue your hair will "fry".
- Don't tie your hair when it's wet! This puts too much strain on the hair at the root and makes it weaker.
- Eat healthy and get enough sleep.
- If you want to use a hair dryer, be sure to use a heat protector.
- Go to a hairdresser for recommendations.
