An important nose doesn't have to be an embarrassment. However, if it often makes you a little uncomfortable, there are several tricks and strategies you can use to be able to disguise it. Contouring and other make-up techniques are among the most common solutions. To maximize the effect, however, also consider the hairstyle and accessories.

Method 1 of 4: Contouring
Step 1. Apply a toner
Prepare the skin for contouring by dabbing a light toner on clean skin, so that the complexion is naturally glowing.
- Starting with a clean face is of prime importance.
- Contouring is a makeup technique that plays with the natural shadows of the face. Depending on how you do it, certain parts of the face may appear smaller or larger. If you define your face by following the steps below, your nose may seem less important.
