- 900 g of shrimp
- 1 red onion cut into slices
- 6 green chillies (jalapeño or serrano)
- 2 cucumbers
- Juice of 7 lemons or 12 limes
- Salt and Pepper To Taste.
- Chopped coriander
- Sliced avocado and tomato for garnish

Method 1 of 3: Prepare the Shrimp
Step 1. Prepare the shrimp
Peel, remove the casing and wash the prawns. Let them drain for 5 minutes.
Step 2. Marinali
Place the shrimp in a bowl and top them with the juice of 7 limes or 4 lemons.
Step 3. Let them rest
Put the shrimp in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. If you cover the bowl, the marinade will take place more effectively.
Marinade the shrimp, drain and set aside to serve
Method 2 of 3: Prepare the Salsa
Step 1. Blend the ingredients
Put the chillies, cilantro, and the juice of 3 limes (or 2 lemons) in the jug of a blender. Blend them until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Step 2. Marinate the onion (optional)
Finely slice the onion and place it in a bowl. Cover it with the juice of 2 limes (or 1 lemon).
Step 3. Prepare the cucumbers
Cut them into slices, then season with salt, pepper and a few drops of lime juice. Set them aside to serve.
If you want the dish to be spicy, you can also season them with chili powder

Step 1. Plate up
Spread the ingredients on a plate or tray.
