The name "liquid cocaine" in this cocktail refers to the feeling of "addiction" it can give: it's so good you'll want more. There are many variations, and the existence of a precise recipe is still a debated topic. Some prefer it fruity, while others only want it with a high alcohol content, while still others like a spicy and minty aroma. Whatever your favorite is, here is the right recipe for you.

Fruity
- 22 ml of orange liqueur
- 22 ml of peach liqueur
- 22 ml of amaretto liqueur
- 22 ml of vodka
- Sprinkle of pineapple juice
- Ice
Very alcoholic
- 15 ml of tequila
- 15 ml of vodka
- 15 ml of gin
- 15 ml of light rum
- 15 ml of pure alcohol
Cinnamon
- 44 ml of Jagermeister
- 44 ml of cinnamon schnapps
Steps
Method 1 of 3: Fruity
The liqueurs, vodka and pineapple juice make this shot a sweet and powerful surprise. Chill the ingredients on ice and pour them into shot glasses.
Step 1. Pour the orange, peach, amaretto and vodka liqueurs into a cocktail glass to mix
Step 2. Add a splash of pineapple juice
Step 3. Put the ice
Step 4. Put the lid on the glass and shake the mixture until it is very cold
Step 5. Pour the shot into the shot glasses through a colander and serve
Method 2 of 3: Highly Alcoholic
This version includes the combination of many strong liqueurs and should not be served cold.
Step 1. Fill the shaker half full with ice
Step 2. Pour the tequila, vodka, gin, light rum and pure alcohol on the ice
Step 3. Pour the shot into the shot glasses and drink it in one gulp
Method 3 of 3: Cinnamon
This version is made with cinnamon schnapps and Jagermeister, a German herbal bitter.
Step 1. Combine one part of Jagermeister and one part of cinnamon schnapps in each shot glass
Drink it immediately. It will take a couple of seconds for the two liqueurs to combine, and you have to drink it before this happens.
Advice
- The "liquid cocaine" is a mix of mint schnapps, cinnamon and 151 rum.
- A splash of mint liqueur in the cinnamon shot gives it a nice fresh flavor.
