If you need to remove a Skype user from your blocked contact list, you can do it at any time quickly and easily using the desktop or mobile version of the program. Removing a contact from your blocked list is as simple as making changes to your Skype address book.
Steps
Method 1 of 4: Mac
Step 1. Launch the Skype program
If you do not log in automatically, provide your username and password, then click the blue arrow icon.
Step 2. Access the "Contacts" menu
It is located at the top of the screen, inside the menu bar.
Step 3. Choose the "Manage blocked users" option
Step 4. Select a contact from the list
If you wish, you can also make a multiple selection by holding down the ⇧ Shift key while clicking the name of all users you wish to remove from the list.
Step 5. Press the "Unlock" button
The selected contact (s) will be unblocked and removed from the list.
Step 6. Press the "Finish" button
From now on, all the people you have selected and who were previously blocked will be able to contact you again, call you and know when you are online.
Method 2 of 4: Windows
Step 1. Launch the Skype program
If you do not log in automatically, provide your username and password, then click the blue arrow icon.
Step 2. Access the "Contacts" menu
It is located at the top left of the screen within the menu bar.
Step 3. Place the mouse cursor on the "Advanced" item
A small list with some additional options will be shown on the right side of the menu.
Step 4. Choose the "Manage blocked users" item
Step 5. Select a contact from the list
Step 6. Press the "Unblock this user" button
It is located on the right of the box that shows the list of all currently blocked contacts.
Step 7. Press the "Save" button
The person who was previously blocked is now able to contact you again, call you and know when you are online.
Method 3 of 4: Skype for iPhone
Step 1. Launch the Skype app
If you do not log in automatically, provide your username and password, then click the blue arrow icon.
Step 2. Tap the "Contacts" icon
It is positioned at the bottom of the screen and features a phone book cover with a stylized human silhouette inside.
Step 3. Press the "Add Contact" button
It is located at the top right of the screen and features a stylized human silhouette and a small "+" sign.
Step 4. Enter the contact information under consideration
You can type the person's name, Skype username or email address; in this way the program will search for the user indicated in the address book.
Step 5. Tap the name of the blocked user
Step 6. Press the "Unblock Contact" button
The person who was previously blocked is now able to contact you again, call you and know when you are online.
Method 4 of 4: Skype for Android
Step 1. Launch the Skype app
If you do not log in automatically, provide your username and password, then click the blue arrow icon.
Step 2. Tap the "Contacts" icon
It is positioned in the center of the control bar located at the top of the screen and features a phone book cover with a stylized human silhouette inside.
Step 3. Press the "+" button
It is located at the bottom right of the screen.
Step 4. Select the "Search" function
Step 5. Enter the contact information to search for
You can type the person's name, Skype username or email address. In this way the program will search for the user indicated in the address book.
