If you have decided to "unjailbreak" your iPhone and want to restore it to its original state, you can do so at any time using the iTunes Backup and Restore feature. Note:

Advice

Do not disconnect your iPhone during the restore operation.
At the moment, resetting is the only way to remove iOS 9.3.3 jailbreak.
Cydia Eraser, a commonly used tool to cancel jailbreak on devices with older iOS versions, does not support 9.3.3.

Warnings

Using this method you reset the device to factory settings and install the latest version of the iOS.
Apple does not support jailbroken devices. If you are planning to deliver your iPhone to a shop for repairs, return it to factory condition.
