Cydia is an application that allows you to install unauthorized apps and programs on all iOS devices that have been jailbroken. If you no longer want to use Cydia, you can choose to simply uninstall the application or restore the device's original firmware (thus removing the jailbreak). The latter option is mandatory in case you need to take advantage of the assistance of Apple centers using the guarantee.
Steps
Method 1 of 2: Delete Apps and Packages Installed Through Cydia

To back up the data on your device and then restore its factory configuration, you need to use iTunes. This will eliminate the jailbreak and any traces of Cydia. Performing the backup process first is necessary to avoid losing all personal data in the device memory.
Step 3. Select your iOS device icon that appeared at the top of the iTunes window
The "Summary" window will be displayed.
Step 4. Choose "This Computer" item, then press the button
Back up now.
This step fully backs up all data on the device and stores it on the computer disk. The backup process takes a few minutes to complete.
Step 5. Press the button
Restore iPhone / iPad / iPod….
iTunes will ask you to confirm your action before starting the restore process. Your iOS device will be fully formatted, which takes several minutes.
Step 6. At the end of the restore process upload your personal data using the backup file
At the end of the restore procedure, iTunes will give you the option to configure the device as if it had just been removed from the box or to upload one of the backup files. Choose the backup file created in the previous steps, then proceed with the restore. This will load all your personal and configuration data, while the jailbreak, Cydia and all related apps will be removed.
