Steps
Step 1. Make sure you have a weapon
The best one is the diamond sword. Avoid wooden or stone tools.
Step 2. Find an Enderman, but DO NOT look him in the eye
He would teleport towards you in a fury and attack you. Instead, try to be the one to deliver the first blow.
Step 3. If you are near a tree, use it to hide
Approach the monster and make sure its head is hidden by leaves or another block. Then hit him in the foot and he won't teleport.
Step 4. Hit the monster's feet
The chances of an Endermen teleporting are lower if you hit it in the lower legs.
Step 5. Eat before facing the Enderman
You should fill your hunger bar completely, at least 90%, in order to get the health regeneration effect.
Step 6. Heal yourself before dealing with it
Make sure you have all hearts at your disposal.
Step 7. Put on strong armor
The best is that of diamond.
Step 8. Bring some food with you
You may lose starvation units during the fight.
Step 9. Make sure you bring a not too damaged weapon and armor with you
If not, they could break during the fight. If you can't do otherwise, keep more precarious equipment in your inventory so you can replace it.
Step 10. Hide under some crushed stone blocks
Put them above your head, as low as possible. This method uses the same principle as step 3, but is more reliable, because trees don't grow where you prefer. It is advisable to use crushed stone because it is the easiest block to obtain that the Endermans are unable to reach with their hands. Avoid the following blocks, which monsters can move: grass, dirt and sand. They can even take blocks of gold, diamond, iron, pumpkin, melon, TNT, clay, gravel, glass, lead glass, red sand and podzol.
Step 11. Get help from a partner
A friend is great when you have to face monsters. Note: If a friend (or even a brother / sister / relative) is in the house with you, open a LAN to allow them to play with you. Follow these steps: In your single player world, press Esc on your keyboard> Open to LAN> Start LAN World. Your friend will need to play from a computer connected to the same local network as you.
Advice
- Never look an Enderman in the eye.
- You can build a three-block tower and hit the Enderman from there. He won't be able to reach you and this is the easiest way to kill him.
- Make sure the Enderman can't see you.
Warnings
- Remember, don't use blocks that Endermans can pick up or you'll get in trouble.
- Some of these tips may not work in all versions of the game.
