Let's face it, in middle school classmates and classmates can be terrifying and you will also have to do more homework. The time has come to face school with courage and, if necessary, also all those "friends" who make your life difficult. They don't deserve your tears at all.
Steps
Method 1 of 2: The School
Step 1. Consult your school's guidance office
You will receive the program, know which tracksuit to buy, the list of books and much more. If you meet your teachers as well, try to make a good impression.
Step 2. If you come across a particularly strict teacher, don't worry
Keep calm and continue to behave well, if the teacher realizes that you are trying hard, he will have no reason to be angry with you.
Step 3. Make a to-do list before school starts
- Do you have all the material you will need?
- Do you already have the course program? And the gym suit?
- Is the dress you would like to wear for your first day at school in the closet, on the chair or in the closet waiting to be washed?
Step 4. Do everything you can to get to school on time
If you arrive a bit late, don't worry, but pay more attention the following day. Here are some things to keep in mind to avoid showing up late: don't stop and chat with anyone unless you are sure you will reach school on time; carry your books (and your concentration too); stop by the lockers for a minute if you need it, but not anymore. Each school is organized differently, they may have different schedules or particular rules for managing intervals.
Step 5. Use only reusable material whenever possible
If you take your lunch with you, place it in a washable tray or lunch box rather than wrapping it in food paper.
Step 6. Take a ring binder with you
It may be useful for more than one subject. Do not carry a bag that is too heavy with you.
Step 7. Eat a healthy breakfast every morning
Proper nutrition can improve your academic performance and give you the right energy to study and achieve good results.
Step 8. Don't put off homework
If you postpone the work you have to do you will be more stressed and you will not get good grades. It is advisable not to wait more than half an hour after your return home to start doing your homework. Avoid any kind of distraction, such as a TV, computer, or cell phone while you are studying. Take breaks every now and then, but be disciplined and get back on the books as soon as the time to rest is up.
Step 9. Read before bed
Even if you would like to spend some time on the computer before falling asleep, it won't help you and won't help you fall asleep. Choose a good book instead, and get involved in reading.
Method 2 of 2: Social Life
Step 1. Take a shower every day
You don't have to wash your hair all the time, but at least shower every day to avoid bad odor or acne problems. Also choose a branded facial cleansing product.
Step 2. If your parents allow it, put on your makeup before going to school
Don't overdo it, your make-up must be natural and light, not ridiculous.
Step 3. Brush your teeth twice a day
Even if you've never thought about it before, keep in mind that bad breath can negatively affect your social life.
Step 4. Maintain a good relationship with your family
Talk to your parents, tell them how your day was, both when they ask you and when they don't. Offer to help them with household chores, such as washing the dishes, setting the table, or taking the dog for a walk. If you behave well around your family they will reward you, and they will keep that in mind the next time you want to go out with your friends.
Step 5. Avoid finding yourself in awkward situations
Remember that the number of guys you date, or the amount of makeup you use, will not make you more popular. And above all, they won't help you get good grades in school.
Step 6. Find friends who are similar to you
If you believe that you are always overshadowed by someone, or vice versa, now is the time to meet new people who may be closer to your character.
Step 7. Don't forget your needs
Give yourself time to yourself regularly, find a way to relax. Get to know yourself better. Middle school is a time of transition for everyone, so learn to know and love yourself day after day.
Step 8. Try to remain yourself
Some girls will try to change you to suit their needs. Don't forget that true friends accept you as you really are. Middle school won't last forever, but your gorgeous personality will!
Advice
- If you always forget your locker combination, try this trick. In one of your notebooks write the combination in the form of a mathematical formula. For example 24 + 16 = 42 if the combination is 241642. Even if the addition gives you the wrong result, don't worry, no one will notice that it is actually a code.
- The organization will help you better manage your school and study.
- It will take you some time to get used to the new environment of middle school. If you always behave yourself and do your homework, these years will be a wonderful experience to remember!
- Always be prepared.
- Don't blame yourself for the little things.
- If you need help, ask the secretariat or the student office.
