There are many ways to add strength to your baseball bat spin. As a first step you should take care of the technical cleanliness of your joke.
Steps
Step 1. Take a small step towards the pitcher as you begin the batting motion
Try to keep your weight balanced. Also keep your legs apart for more power. Make sure your front foot is perpendicular to the shoulder line. If not, you will rotate instead of generating power with your upper body.
Step 2. When you hit the ball, whether it's an inside or outside throw, your hands must stay close to your body

- If you get busted in the pot, don't get mad. Instead, try to figure out where you went wrong (or what the pitcher's merits are) to improve in the next round of bat.
- Use the driving range to practice batting. This is a useful workout for players of all categories.
- Start the hitting motion from the hips, and let your hands continue this thrust. It is a technique that allows you to express much more power than just the movement of the arms. Your hips should end the movement parallel to the pitcher to give maximum speed to the ball.
- Using your lower body is a good way to produce more power.
- Weight training, plyometric training, and sprint training are exercises you can do all year round to improve strength and power. Avoid long runs if you want to have explosive muscles. Also, you should spend as much time in the gym as you do on the baseball field. Lifting weights will help you, but it won't make you a good player. - Don't turn the club so fast that you lose your balance and throw your head back. At the end of the movement your body should still be in balance and you should be ready to run.
- Spend ten minutes on a dynamic warm-up before you start hitting with maximum power. It's a piece of advice that all physical education coaches and teachers will give you. You will avoid injuries and improve your performance.
- Do not use steroids or drugs. You will be discovered and the side effects of these substances can be very serious. You will also risk receiving a disqualification.
- Don't train too much without gloves or you'll get blisters.
