Advice
- You can find citric acid in tea supply stores, drugstores, and even online. Sometimes, it is also found in the bakery sector of the supermarket.
- You may hear a popping crack when you open the pitcher - it's caused by citric acid and it's normal, don't worry.
- Make sure the baking soda is sieved. Baking soda will clump a lot if you don't sift it.
