In today's world, it can be really easy to let yourself be influenced by your own bodily imperfections. Learn to love your body and recognize its beauty!
Steps
Step 1. Standing in front of the mirror, naked, make a written list of everything you don't like about your body
In a separate list, for everything about your body that you don't like, write one you like or what you intend to do to change it. Now burn or bury the list of negative comments, because it's the past.
Step 2. Don't focus so much on having a perfect body as on having a healthy body
Eat balanced, cut back on fats and sugars, drink more water, and exercise. Small steps towards a healthier lifestyle will not only make you look more beautiful, they will also allow you to feel better, have smoother skin and a greater dose of energy.
Step 3. Do exercises that make you feel good in your body
Dance is great training, so why not take lessons or dance to your favorite songs? Yoga is also known to improve our body image, as well as being healthy for the mind as well. Don't focus on what you can't do, focus on what you can do.
Step 4. Wear clothes that make you feel attractive
If you are a woman, start using nice underwear. Often women are able to feel more sensual when wearing the right undergarments. Opt for those garments that give you and enhance your qualities. Don't focus on what's in fashion, but on what respects your style and body.
Step 5. Take care of yourself, your image and your hygiene
Spend time taking care of your body, for example with a facial or shaving. Try new things, like a new haircut or a different shade of lipstick. Don't be obsessed with how you look, but make a point of feeling good and cheerful.
Step 6. Realize that few people are as critical of your body as you are
People often think they are not attractive enough to have a partner, but they are wrong. Beauty doesn't last forever, as opposed to being a good person.
Step 7. Body image is more related to the mind than to the body
Do what makes you feel beautiful. When you find yourself negative, change that thought into a positive one. Take a mantra like "I'm beautiful!". Pick a couple of your own photos where you really like yourself.
Step 8. You've heard it before, and you will hear it again:
beauty is an inner matter. Do good deeds, and you will feel good. By performing random acts of kindness or spending time as a volunteer, you will feel better about yourself, you will be less critical, and people will be more willing to be around you if you internally try to be the best person possible. Only a sad person can be critical of the body of a kind and wonderful individual.
Step 9. Be a genuinely happy person
If you are depressed or have problems, resolve them or consult a therapist. Being a genuinely happy person will make you feel good whatever happens, and that's what matters.

Warnings
- Avoid people who criticize you or your body. They don't deserve your time and shouldn't be listened to.
- Very Important: If you or a friend develop symptoms of an eating disorder, take immediate action. Food pathologies are extremely dangerous. Don't try crash diets or extreme measures to have a perfect body.
