Step 1. Bring the water to a boil

Step 2. Grab your handful of rose hips
Pour them into the boiling water contained in the bowl. Make sure the water completely covers the fruit. If not, bring more water to a boil and add it. Alternatively, push the rose hips down with the help of a spoon.
Step 3. Leave the fruit to infuse for about 10–15 minutes
Do not cover the bowl and do not disturb the contents in any way.
Step 4. After the indicated time has elapsed, pour the infusion into the cups carefully
Drink it immediately, the water will have cooled down.
Method 2 of 2: Infusion of fresh rose hips
Dry the Rose Hips
Step 1. Collect the rosehip fruit
Do it after the first frosts.
Step 2. Wash and dry the rose hips
Remove the top and bottom of each fruit.
Step 3. Cut the rose hips in half

Prepare the rosehip infusion
Step 1. Use 1 teaspoon of dried rose hips for each cup of infusion
Step 2. Add a teaspoon to a very fine tea strainer
Put it back in the cup.
Step 3. Pour the boiling water into the cup
Allow it to brew for 5 - 7 minutes, then remove the filter from the cup.
Alternatively, strain the tea through a colander in case you added the rosehip directly to the water
Step 4. Serve the infusion immediately
If desired, add a small amount of honey.
