If the economy in your country is in recession, and if there are many signs of a collapse of the currency, how can you prepare to survive the economic disaster? Remember: the collapse of the economy could lead to situations of disorder and chaos, with the loss of control by the government.
Steps
Step 1. Read articles and survival manuals
Learn as much as you can. You can also find material on the internet. Think about how you could survive a severe economic crisis.
Step 2. Stock up on food
To start, you will need extra food for at least a month, and you will increase to set aside for three months. Do not forget the water, possibly in glass bottles (the plastic wears out and may leak over time).
Step 3. Purchase a quality water filter and learn how to obtain potable water, through boiling, filtering and aeration
Step 4. Look for a long term food supplier
Wheat, rice, cereals can be kept for up to 30 years if stored correctly. Choose a dry environment or put them in sealed containers.
Step 5. Turn the garden into a small vegetable garden
Learn to grow foods that are easy to store, that do not need too much attention and with a high nutritional value (vegetables for autumn, spring and summer). Buy some seed. Store the fertilizer in a safe place.
Step 6. Learn to smoke food, to prepare salted and smoked meat and fish (dried sausages, salami and dry cheese)
Step 7. Get weapons and ammunition to defend yourself or to go hunting
Step 8. Buy silver / gold and hide it in a safe place
They are safer than money. Also keep some cash on hand.
Step 9. Go live in a small farming community
Cities, without energy or water, could be prey to riots, fires and could offer a breeding ground for riots or looting and looting.
Step 10. Pay your debts
Get rid of the car, or even sell the house, if possible …
Step 11. Buy tools, gear, ammunition (you can make them yourself), grain grinder, hooks and fishing line

Step 12. Learn things that might be important:
dressings, cultivation and breeding, sewing, cooking, repairs, shooting / hunting, preparing traps, fishing, storing meat, self-defense, generating energy and heat (solar …)
Step 13. As for dressings, learn natural remedies that you can make yourself if possible
If the problem can be addressed with exercise, taking care of yourself, losing weight or cutting out sugars, and stopping eating at night, to lower blood pressure, or control diabetes, do what you need to do.
Step 14. Make a list of what you will need
On one column put what you need to have and in the other list what you need to buy, divide or do.

- Keep the secret. Don't tell anyone you've stocked up or where they are.
- Serious economic crises are frequent events throughout history. Get ready.
- Practice with your gadgets.
- Don't litter your supplies. If possible make a partial deposit, along the road, as far as possible from important roads, perhaps along a dirt road.
- Hunting or growing vegetables can save you money, provide you with fresh food, and can even be an interesting hobby, even if the economic crisis doesn't happen.
- Talk about what worries you.
- Be optimistic, but also be realistic
- Warn other people
