This article will teach you how to add filters or special effects to videos and delete the videos you post in your Snapchat Story.
Steps
Method 1 of 2: Add Special Effects
Step 1. Open Snapchat, an app represented by a yellow icon containing a white ghost
Step 2. To shoot a video, tap and hold the circle icon
It can last a maximum of 10 seconds.
Step 3. Once the video is complete, remove your finger
Step 4. Swipe left or right to add special effects
- If you haven't activated any filters, tap "Activate Filters" to access the special effects.
- The snail plays the video in slow motion, while the rabbit speeds it up.
- The three arrows pointing backwards reproduce it in reverse.
- Some filters change the color or brightness of the screen.
- Other filters allow you to add effects such as current speed, location or time.
Step 5. Press and hold a filter with one finger and slide another finger over a different filter to combine them
Some filters, such as snail and rabbit, cannot be combined
Step 6. Tap the "Send To" icon, represented by a white arrow at the bottom right
Step 7. Tap the recipient's name
Step 8. Tap the "Send" icon again
Method 2 of 2: Delete a Video Story
Step 1. Swipe left to open Stories
Published a snap on your Stories, it is impossible to add special effects and filters.
Step 2. Tap the icon depicted by three vertically stacked dots
It is located at the top of the screen, on the right of the Story. By tapping it you will be able to see all the snaps that make up your Story.
