This article explains how to unfollow another user's board or boards on Pinterest.
Steps
Method 1 of 2: On a Mobile Device
Step 1. Open Pinterest on your device
The icon is a stylized white "P" on a red background. If you are logged in, the main page will open immediately.
If you are not logged in, enter your e-mail address and password, then click on Log in.
Step 2. Click on your profile icon
This button looks like a human silhouette and is located in the lower right corner of the screen (iPhone) or in the upper right corner of the screen (Android).
Step 3. Click on Followed
This option can be found on your profile page, more specifically under your name. If you're using an iPhone, you'll need to open the "Boards" tab instead of "Pins" to see this option.
- If you don't see the button Followed, first press on the tab Message boards on the left side of the screen.
- Next to the option Followed you will see a number, which indicates how many boards you follow.
Step 4. Click on Message Boards
This tab is located on the right side of the screen, directly below your profile picture.
Step 5. Click Unfollow under a board
This will immediately stop following the board in question and remove it from your profile.
Method 2 of 2: On a Computer
Step 1. Visit the Pinterest website
It is located at the following address: https://www.pinterest.com/. If you are already logged in, the main page will open immediately.
If you are not logged in, click on Log in in the upper right corner of the screen. Enter your username and password, then click Log in.
Step 2. Click the profile icon
It depicts a human silhouette and is located in the upper right corner of the screen.
Step 3. Click Following
This option is located to the left of your profile picture, which is located on the right side of the page.
Step 4. Click on Boards
This tab can be found in the section entitled follow, on the left side of the page.
Step 5. Click Unfollow under a board
This way you will stop following it immediately, without you having to confirm.
