Step 1. Never forget to wash your face after exercise
Did you practise any sport? It could affect the presence of acne, due to sweat that clogs the pores. If genes are the cause of severe acne, normal solutions may be unsuitable. There are specific medications designed to treat acne when regular over-the-counter products aren't enough.
Step 4. Don't squeeze the pimples
Otherwise, after doing this, the pus will be pushed even deeper into the skin. Not only would you therefore risk prolonging its life, but you could even cause permanent scarring due to repeated skin interventions.
