This wikiHow teaches you how to reply to a Discord message with an emoji using a computer.
Steps
Step 1. Visit
You can use any browser to access Discord, such as Safari or Chrome.
If you are not logged in, follow the on-screen instructions to log in now
Step 2. Click on the blue friends icon
It is depicted by three human silhouettes and is located in the upper left corner of the screen. The list of your direct messages will appear.
Step 3. Click on a direct message
The conversation will appear in the main panel.
Step 4. Place the mouse cursor over the message
To the right of the message you will see two new icons.
Step 5. Click on the smiley face with the "+" sign
A list of emojis will appear that you can use to react.
Step 6. Look for a reaction
Use the gray symbols of the various categories to see the reactions available by theme, or type a word in the search box (such as "love" or "kiss").
Step 7. Click on the emoji
The smiley will appear directly below the message.
