- Hate speech by a protected group - select the type of hate speech you want to report, enter the channel name and click on the button Continues, then fill in the fields of the form that appeared;
- Spam and fraud - choose the type of content you want to report, enter the channel name and click on the button Continues, then fill in the fields of the form that appeared.
Step 5. Submit your request
After filling out the form according to the requested information, click on the button Send located at the bottom of the page to send your request. YouTube will evaluate your report and take steps to resolve the issue.
You will most likely not receive any feedback from YouTube administrators regarding the actions that have been taken
Method 4 of 7: Reporting Security Concerns

Check the box on the left of each of the options corresponding to your case listed in the "Indicate the content you wish to report" section, then select the radio button that corresponds to the point where your information is displayed located within the section "Indicates where in the video the objectionable content is shown".
Step 12. Indicate the exact spot in the video where your personal information is displayed
Type it in the "Where in the video is the objectionable content shown?" Text field. Use the format "hh: mm: ss" and, if it is a time interval, provide the starting and ending point of the movie by separating them with a hyphen (-).
- You also have the possibility to indicate if the information in question has been taken from your channel by selecting the radio button "Yes" or "No" visible in the section "Have these contents been copied from your channel or from your video?".
