This article teaches you how to change the "Motion" lens on the Apple Watch. Currently, on this device, the exercise goal is set to 30 minutes per day (as recommended by the World Health Organization) and cannot be changed. However, you can change the "Movement" goal, which is measured based on calories burned rather than minutes of exercise.
Steps
Step 1. Open the "Activities" app
The icon depicts a series of concentric colored circles: one blue, one green, and another red.
Step 2. Firmly press the center of the screen
A menu with various options will open.
Step 3. Tap {{MacButton | Edit motion target}
The icon is represented by two black circles and an arrow in the center.
Step 4. Press the + buttons or - to change the goal.
The daily movement goal is measured by the calories burned.
Step 5. Tap Update
This red button is located at the bottom of the screen. Your daily movement goal will be updated.
