This article shows you how to watch YouTube videos you've decided to keep private using an iPhone or iPad. It will also tell you how to access another user's private videos in case you have the URL of the movie.
Steps
Method 1 of 2: Watch Your Private Videos
Step 1. Open YouTube on your device
The icon looks like a red rectangle with a white triangle inside. It is usually found on the home screen.
Step 2. Tap Collection in the bottom right corner of the screen
Step 3. Tap My Videos
The list of your uploads will appear.
Step 4. Scroll down to find side-by-side videos of the lock icon
This icon appears only on movies set as private.
Step 5. Tap a private video to open it
That way you can watch it.
Method 2 of 2: Watch Another User's Private Video
Step 1. Ask the video owner to give you the URL of the video
To watch the video you will need the direct link.
Step 2. Tap the URL
The video will open on YouTube.
